The Passion of creation

In all food professions, we have never needed vegetables and fruits so much. The only problem is that they are poorly understood, their ``healthy`` image is sometimes at odds with consumer habits. For me, the vegetable is my passion, or rather the fruit; because in fact the vegetable does not exist... This is the kind of introduction that usually captures your attention. In fruits and vegetables I found my passion. I fell into the orchard of my grandfather when I was little and they immediately fascinated me... Their history, origin, botany, etymology, varieties and the way in which nature provides them, season after season.

To better create and innovate, I learned everything about their cutting, trimming and cooking, as well as their contributions and benefits. I still learn more about them on each of my journeys... I even came to sculpt them to enhance their beauty even more. This is the wealth of experience, expertise and knowledge that I am delighted to share with you today.
