Undoubtedly, Frédéric loves nature and its richness, magnificent products of fruits and vegetables from all of the terroirs; he is committed to transmitting his enthusiasm and knowledge. He can be counted on to represent the products to the general public as well as to share his know-how in the context of professional training. He has published around thirty culinary and educational books over the years, has participated in numerous radio and television programs, knows well how to use new media and social networks to share widely his valuable information on fruits and vegetables.
